Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality and natural leadership qualities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen profitability.
• Passion for quality ingredients, hospitality, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team.
• Develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, stock control, and food costs.
• Train and develop team members.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety standards are met.
• Contribute ideas that drive both guest experience and commercial performance.
