Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Operator to assemble high-quality packaging components in a controlled cleanroom.

The role requires precision, manual dexterity and strict adherence to work instructions and quality standards. You will operate in a 2-shift system and contribute to long-term opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• English level B2 minimum (mandatory).
• Cleanroom experience is preferred.
• Good technical insight is required.
• Experience with fine-mechanical or precise assembly work is preferred.
• Good manual skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Able to work accurately according to instructions and quality standards.

Job description

As a Cleanroom Assembly Operator, you will assemble high-quality packaging components in a controlled cleanroom environment.This role requires precision, technical insight, and careful manual work. You will work according to instructions and quality standards while handling components that require accurate assembly. You will work in a 2-shift system: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–24:00.

Main Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging components accurately according to work instructions.


• Perform precise manual assembly work in the cleanroom.


• Check assembled products for quality and correct finishing.


• Follow cleanroom procedures and hygiene requirements carefully.


• Handle materials and components with care to prevent contamination or damage.


• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards.

• English level B2 minimum (mandatory)

• Gross salary: €15.40 per hour


• 18% shift allowance when working shifts


• Weekly net income: approximately €500, according to Dutch labor legislation


• Full-time contract with long-term opportunities

• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)


• 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
