Job description
As an Industrial Cleaning Operator, your main responsibility will be cleaning large industrial crates and packaging, ensuring they are ready for reuse. You will work in an organized production environment where quality, consistency, and compliance with safety regulations are essential. You will become part of a small and experienced team, working in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.
- Clean large industrial crates carefully and efficiently
- Remove waste, dirt, and material residues
- Safely use alcohol and specific cleaning products
- Remove stickers and labels
- Ensure crates are clean and ready for reuse
- Use manual tools for small repairs
- Experience in a production environment or similar role
- English level B1/B2 (mandatory)
- Availability to work in shifts
- Experience or confidence working with alcohol-based cleaning processes
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations correctly
- Safety awareness and proper use of PPE
- Motivation and willingness to learn
- Team spirit, proactive mindset, and positive attitude
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
- Gross salary: €14.84 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
- Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
- Overtime possibilities for additional income
- Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
- 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary
- Dutch health insurance included
