Job summary

Engaige is seeking a hands-on content marketer to own our content engine with short-form video at its core. You will craft hooks, scripts, filming, editing, and posting weekly, while turning product launches, customer stories, and founder insights into sharp, human content.

You’ll work closely with sales, product, and the founders; speed and taste beat perfect process. You’ll ship founder-led videos, mentor posts, and maintain Engaige’s clear, ambitious voice in both Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Shipped short-form video with hooks, scripts, and edits.
• Strong writing in both Dutch and English.
• Experience creating content for B2B SaaS or tech products.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish weekly short-form videos (hooks, scripts, filming, editing).
• Write and shoot founder-led videos and studio/on-the-go shoots.
• Publish social posts (LinkedIn/X) to drive pipeline.
• Source stories and notes for clips and posts; occasional longer content.
• Own content calendar from idea to publish; iterate on performance.
