Groove Digital BV is hiring a part-time Head of Content in Amsterdam. You will craft, film, edit, and publish short-form content across our own brands, with freedom to experiment while staying aligned with brand voices.

You’ll collaborate with Chase Marketing, Neuroo, and the founders to develop interviews, skits, and formats that showcase our work and culture. The role requires 2–4 years making content, fluency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, and strong Dutch/English writing.

Formación

• Two to four years of making content.
• Editing fluency in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Timing: knows how to land a joke or hook in short formats.
• Writes crisply in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Making (40%): conceptualize, film, and edit using your phone or a camera at various locations.
• Founders and team (15%): create interviews, sketches and formats with the founders and team knowledge.
• Planning (15%): manage own content calendar for labels on LinkedIn and Instagram; publish after approval.
• Community (15%): engage with comments, start conversations, and route to the right team member.
• Learning (10%): analyze numbers weekly and keep formats that work; coordinate with Advertising.
• Trends (5%): track new formats and share insights with the team.
