Responsibilities

• Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Manage production capacity, resources, and workflows efficiently.
• Train and support production employees.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety, and productivity initiatives.
• Lead local projects from planning to successful implementation.
• Represent the site during customer visits and attend occasional international meetings.
