As a leading provider of reusable plastic layer pads in the Benelux region, Cartonplast has over 30 years of experience delivering environmentally friendly pooling solutions for the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Manager who takes ownership, leads by example, and drives operational excellence at our production site in Spijk.

• Oversee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Manage production capacity, resources, and workflows efficiently

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and good English skills
• Strong hands‑on mentality with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
• Technical qualification and experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or production environments
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
• Team player with a willingness to take responsibility
• Valid driving licence required
