Formación

• Strong experience in a technical support, networking or telecommunications role.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Good understanding of networking, connectivity and telecommunications.
• Experience troubleshooting network and customer connection issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting connectivity, internet and telecom-related issues
• Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents
• Supporting customers with network and connectivity problems
• Troubleshooting customer connection issues
• Escalating more complex technical issues when required
• Keeping customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process
• Accurately documenting incidents and solutions
• Working closely with internal engineers and technical teams
• Communicating with suppliers where necessary
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
