Qualifications

• Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Problem‑solving skills on basic network issues.
• Cisco/Juniper certifications are a great advantage.
• Knowledge of Peplink and HP Aruba switching.
• Knowledge of WiFi products such as Extreme is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; Spanish is beneficial.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for installations and troubleshooting.
• Develop documentation for the implemented network.
• Manage technical testing and global support.
• First line of support through calls, emails, and tickets.
• Take ownership of incident resolution according to SLA.
• Troubleshoot network issues and explain resolutions.
• Provide technical support via remote assistance.
• Collaborate with engineers in different time zones.
