Qualifications
- Degree in Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
- Experience with MEMS, cleanroom processes, and testing.
- Familiarity with process control; quality experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Comfortable in a flexible, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Prototype MEMS modules in a cleanroom environment
- Contribute to module design and iteration
- Develop and automate test setups
- Translate R&D into scalable production processes
- Oversee module assembly and supplier coordination
- Support lab operations and equipment maintenance
- Contribute to yield improvement and root-cause analysis
- Assist with quality systems and documentation
