SiTime is seeking a Senior MEMS Characterization and Metrology Engineer in the Netherlands to design and deploy MEMS test systems. You will work on engineering characterization and manufacturing tests for MEMS resonators, using C#, LabVIEW, and MATLAB to automate tests and analyze results.

You will lead hardware development, validate test architectures, and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve throughput, precision, and reliability of timing devices.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics; PhD preferred.
• Proven track record of driving technical projects with aggressive schedules in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with analog electronics, board-level design and RF characterization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy custom MEMS test systems for engineering characterization and manufacturing test of SiTime MEMS resonators.
• Explore and prototype novel test methodologies for high-precision timing parameter measurements.
• Develop software for test execution, data acquisition, system calibration, and data analysis.
• Document MEMS test system architecture, design, and software; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize system performance for throughput, precision, and reliability; support projects as needed.
