Qualifications

• 5+ years in a laboratory, cleanroom, pilot production, or technical operations.
• Hands-on technical background with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting equipment, infrastructure, or facility systems.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day lab and cleanroom operations run smoothly and predictably.
• Maintain lab organization, tooling, consumables, and readiness.
• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain uptime of lab systems and tools.
• Perform hands-on lab work and engineering support activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanroom practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for upgrades and maintenance.
• Track preventive maintenance and act as a point of contact for facility issues.
