Job summary

Picnic's automated distribution centre in Utrecht is seeking hands-on Maintenance Technicians to fix mechanical and electrical faults, maintain conveyors, shuttles, sensors and related equipment. This is a practical maintenance role, not a design or programming position, ideal for technicians who enjoy working with your hands and solving real-time issues.

You will join a 5-shift team with a permanent contract, a salary of €51,000–€59,000, and benefits including 30% shift allowance, 32 days off

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Good practical mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Maintain conveyor belts, rollers, bearings, sensors and shuttle systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and technical inspections.
• Identify technical problems and help prevent recurring failures.
• Work closely with maintenance colleagues and the operations team.
