Job summary

Valcon is looking for an HR intern who wants to roll up their sleeves and become part of the team from day one. You'll learn from experienced HR professionals in an international setting and receive a monthly internship allowance of €550.

Fluency in Dutch is required for this internship. You'll gain broad HR experience across the function, work with a friendly, ambitious team, and have room to take initiative, develop yourself and contribute ideas to continuously improve HR.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant HBO degree in Human Resources or HR-related field.
• Available for 32–40 hours per week.
• Available for internship starting in September, October or later.
• Duration flexible to study requirements.
• Communicative, accurate and proactive.
• True team player and enjoys working together.
• Fluent in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities.
• Contribute to HR processes and administration.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues.
• Help answer HR-related questions.
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes.
• Support a variety of HR projects.
