Job summary

C Teleport is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the Back Office & Integrations squad from Rotterdam. You will define technical direction, ship production code, and drive delivery outcomes while building and coaching a high-performing team.

You will partner with the Product Owner to shape the roadmap, break work into MVPs, and ensure production stability. The role blends leadership with technical execution in a fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with deep .NET/C# active stack.
• 2+ years of current, full-scope people management as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong hands-on coding background and system ownership.
• You use AI coding agents daily, directing agentic workflows.
• Solid grasp of architectures: SOLID, TDD, DDD, CQRS; relational DBs.
• NL-based and able to work from Rotterdam 3 days/week; relocation not required.
• Willing to sponsor highly-skilled migrants already in NL.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad's technical direction from design to implementation.
• Own delivery outcomes; ship reliable, complete solutions to production.
• Stay hands-on: contribute production code and lead reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to shape the roadmap and MVPs.
• Lead hiring, 1:1s, and performance management for the squad.
• Foster a culture of commit—agree or disagree, but commit.
