Job summary
Innova Search - Manufacturing & Engineering Specialist Recruiters in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Service & Repair Technician to diagnose faults, repair products and ensure they are fully tested before returning to customers, while supporting administration and warehouse tasks as needed. Full training will be provided to develop a long-term technical career.
The role offers a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with an €3,330 monthly salary including 8% holiday allowance, plus benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience in hands-on repair, assembly, testing or similar environments.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and document work in English.
- Familiarity with electrical/electronic test equipment and basic wiring concepts.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electrical and electronic products.
- Disassemble and reassemble products and components.
- Test and calibrate equipment to defined standards.
- Record test results and complete process documentation.
- Carry out final inspection and quality checks before dispatch.
- Support Service, Admin and Warehouse & Logistics teams as required.
