Job summary

Homerun B.V. is seeking an AI Transformation Lead placed with one or more client organizations in the Netherlands or Denmark to drive practical AI transformation on the ground.

You will translate roadmaps into concrete workstreams, manage adoption, and build capability across client teams. You will lead workshops, design learning paths and curate knowledge resources to ensure training translates into real behavior change.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business transformation, change management or program management.
• Understand AI concepts, LLMs, prompting, data flows and governance.
• Strong facilitation, empathy and ability to turn resistance into enthusiasm.
• Experience designing and managing learning programs and knowledge libraries.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable tasks, milestones and backlogs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the client roadmap; translate strategy into concrete workstreams and milestones.
• Drive adoption and motivation; run workshops and address resistance.
• Design persona-based learning journeys and curate training materials.
• Manage knowledge base; maintain AI workflows and best practices.
• Coordinate training operations and logistics for workshops.
• Build a community of champions within client departments.
• Bridge Tatoma and client; ensure external knowledge transfers into embedded capability.
• Report progress and value, focusing on adoption metrics and ROI.
• Embed AI into onboarding and culture with HR collaboration.
