Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive AI-enabled enterprise workflows from discovery through implementation and evaluation. You will guide engineers, validate dependencies, and translate findings into concrete specifications and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on software engineering and AI/LLM‑enabled workflow experience.
• Experience translating discovery findings into specs and testable acceptance criteria.
• Ability to choose between rules, retrieval-based approaches, AI reasoning, and human review with clear trade-offs.
• Experience with evaluation datasets, regression testing, CI, and production observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and validate critical dependencies.
• Translate discovery findings into implementable specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrate end-to-end workflow in client test environment and gain human approvals.
• Validate API access, permissions, event contracts, and downstream dependencies.
• Define and manage maintainable business rules with clear precedences and approvals.
• Ensure traceability, logging, and observability across evaluations.
