Agiboo is seeking a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to drive high-availability, cloud-based CTRM software. You will modernise build/test processes, lead development and DevOps across onshore/offshore teams, and champion AI-assisted development while ensuring compliance and quality.

You will work closely with Product Owner and BU Leader to shape delivery, advocate robust engineering practices, and guide the team through pragmatic technical decisions.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in CS/Engineering or comparable field.
• 5+ years professional software development experience.
• Experience as a technical lead or development manager.
• Strong knowledge of web-based C# and .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with React/Blazor or ASP.NET MVC.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum, CI/CD and test automation.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, QA and DevOps teams, onshore and offshore.
• Coordinate sprint planning, grooming, and delivery metrics.
• Drive automation, AI-assisted testing and development initiatives.
• Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers.
• Manage release processes and client-facing project delivery.
