Job summary

TrainMore Haarlem is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead the Host team and ensure a warm, inviting atmosphere for members and staff. You will manage guest requests in-person, drive service quality, and collaborate with the Club Manager on daily operations.

You will coach the Host team on hospitality skills, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to building a strong team culture across the club.

• Handle administrative tasks and club appearance.
• Foster a welcoming, safe community within TrainMore.
