Job summary

TrainMore is seeking a Club Manager in Amsterdam who will lead daily club operations, drive sales, and manage KPIs to achieve strong performance. You will recruit and develop a high-energy team, ensure outstanding member experience, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

With a hands-on leadership style, you will collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align goals, control costs, and foster a customer-first culture across the club floor.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Background in hospitality or customer-facing services with a service mindset.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on proactive leadership style and ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations including member experience, safety, staffing and cleanliness.
• Own club commercial performance with budget and KPI management.
• Drive local sales and marketing to grow the member base.
• Recruit, train and develop gym staff from trainers to front desk and cleaners.
• Set a positive, professional team culture and lead by example.
• Be the local face of TrainMore and ensure brand standards are met.
