Job summary

Wilde is opening a new Guest Services Host position in Amsterdam from mid-September 2026. You will be at the heart of the Wilde experience, welcoming guests, assisting at reception, serving in the restaurant and terrace, and helping with coffee preparation and bar service.

No prior expertise is required as full training is provided. We value curious, energetic individuals who are passionate about guest care and teamwork, able to move between reception, dining and bar areas with a positive,

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required or advantageous.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to move between reception, restaurant, terrace and bar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and assist with guest enquiries.
• Serve food and drinks in the restaurant and terrace and assist the bar.
• Prepare coffees and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused environment.
• Support the Wilde experience across lobby, restaurant, bar and host stand.
• Represent the brand with warmth, enthusiasm and strong teamwork.
