Job summary

Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the guest experience across reception, F&B spaces, and bar. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced aparthotel environment, ensuring seamless check-ins, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests across multiple touchpoints.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar hospitality role, with experience in Front Office and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences across both Front Office and F&B functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.
• F&B, bar, coffee or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and assist with check-in.
• Serve food and drinks in the restaurant and terrace; prepare coffees.
• Create a great atmosphere at the bar and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate across front office and F&B to deliver guest experiences.
