Job summary
nhow Amsterdam RAI is offering a Guest Relations Internship in Amsterdam. You will be part of the vibrant, design-focused nhow brand and support the guest relations team with personalized guest experiences.
We are looking for a bachelor’s student in hospitality who loves engaging with people, values detail, and can communicate in English. Shifts include weekends and early hours, with a monthly gross stipend and opportunities to train and grow within Minor Hotels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program related to hospitality.
- You enjoy connecting with people and tailoring service to guests.
- Experience with guests from different cultures is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, spontaneity, and eye for detail.
- Able to turn ideas into practical actions.
- Must speak and write English well.
Responsibilities
- Support guest relations in daily operations within nhow Amsterdam RAI.
- Assist with VIP guests, room amenities, and guest communications.
- Help reception and lobby teams with guest requests and directions.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing personalized experiences.
- Handle guest feedback and assist in service recovery.
