McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, is seeking a Guest Experience Advisor in Roosendaal to join our Guest Services team. This is an in-person role, 18 to 24 hours per week at our busy centre.

You will engage with guests, answer inquiries, resolve issues, promote products and services, and help maintain a welcoming, well‑stocked environment. Requirements include fluent English and Dutch, strong people skills, and basic IT (email, Word, Excel).

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service in a busy retail environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Good IT skills including email, Word and Excel.
• Flexible to rota hours and customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote products and services to enhance guest experience.
• Handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate administrative tasks and a well-organised guest info area.
• Prioritise guest satisfaction and collaborate with team members.
