Job summary

Wilde in Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Services Host to join our fast-paced team. You will work across public areas, lobby, reception and F&B spaces, delivering warm hospitality and a memorable Wilde experience.

Full training will be provided. Bring energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for guests, and thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment with opportunities to grow in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but full training will be provided.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
• Interest in food, drinks, coffee and hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at reception and assist with enquiries.
• Serve food and drinks in the restaurant and terrace.
• Prepare coffees and support bar operations.
• Move seamlessly between reception, restaurant, terrace and bar.
• Support the Wilde experience across lobby and public areas.
