Job summary

Park Plaza Utrecht is seeking a Waiter(ess) to join our Food & Beverage team in one of the city's premier hotels near Utrecht Central Station. This part-time role (~15.20 hours per week) is ideal for students or hospitality professionals seeking flexible hours.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, keep tables and bar areas clean, and assist with conferences and events while delivering warm, professional service in line with our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Serve food and drinks in line with brand and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables promptly.
• Support conferences, events, and other F&B activities when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
