The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Bellman to welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure. You will share local insights to help guests discover Amsterdam’s hidden gems and make each stay memorable.

You’ll be part of our Navigators team, delivering personalized experiences and helping colleagues provide unforgettable service. This role suits someone passionate about the locale and guest hospitality.

Qualifications

• To be eligible for this position you have excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in hotel or service environments is preferred.
• Able to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Maintain frequent contact with guests to provide local recommendations.
• Advise guests on places to go and discover hidden gems of Amsterdam.
• Deliver personalized experiences and educate other ambassadors to share information with guests.
