Job summary

The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, part of Renaissance Hotels, seeks a Bellman to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and provide local insights to create memorable experiences. You will be part of the Navigators team, delivering personalized discoveries of Amsterdam and educating fellow ambassadors to extend this knowledge.

Applicants should have excellent English, hospitality experience, and be flexible to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English communication.
• Preferably experience in a hotel or service environment.
• Able to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage.
• Maintain frequent contact with guests.
• Advise guests where to go to discover Amsterdam's hidden gems.
• Use creativity to deliver unique, personalized experiences to guests and colleagues.
• Educate other ambassadors to convey information to guests.
