Job description

Turn AI regulation into controls, evidence and enterprise readiness

The opportunity

ObjectivEye is entering its next phase of commercial growth across government, regulated industries and strategic partners. We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically strong and proactive student who can work directly alongside the CEO on market development. This is not a general sales-support or CRM internship. You will research markets and organisations, recognise commercial signals, form a point of view on where ObjectivEye can create value, and help convert that insight into a qualified opportunity and concrete next action. The role is deliberately positioned between research and execution: from understanding the market to creating commercial movement.

Mission: Turn market insight into qualified opportunities, commercial action and measurable pipeline progression.

What you will work on

  • Research and prioritise target accounts, sectors, lighthouse customers, resellers and strategic partners based on commercial potential.

  • Identify urgent business problems, buying triggers, decision-makers, influencers and routes to market.

  • Build concise account hypotheses and meeting briefs: why this organisation, why now, why ObjectivEye and what next.

  • Translate ObjectivEye use cases and customer evidence into organisation-specific business cases and opportunity hypotheses.

  • Own targeted prospecting and follow-up for an agreed set of accounts and partners, with clear calls to action and next steps.

  • Maintain pipeline discipline and analyse conversion, momentum, next actions and gaps in the funnel.

  • Identify relevant tenders, procurement routes, partnerships and market developments and assess whether ObjectivEye should act.

  • Conduct competitor, ecosystem and market intelligence and translate findings into commercial implications.

  • Proactively surface opportunities, recommend what ObjectivEye should pursue or deprioritise, and take the agreed next step rather than stopping at analysis.

Who we are looking for

Relevant study backgrounds include: Commercial Economics, International Business, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering / Management of Technology, Strategic Product Design, Technology & Policy or a comparable commercially oriented programme.

You combine analytical ability with a genuine commercial antenna. You are curious about customers, notice signals and ask what they mean for the business. You do not wait to be told every next step: you investigate, form a hypothesis, make a recommendation and act on it. You are comfortable reaching out to people, following up professionally and keeping momentum in an opportunity. You can distinguish interesting information from a real commercial opportunity. Strong written and verbal English is required; Dutch is highly valuable for our public-sector market.

What success looks like

  • You turn research into a clear commercial point of view: where should ObjectivEye focus and why?

  • You recognise buying signals, customer pain and stakeholder dynamics rather than only collecting account information.

  • You take ownership of agreed accounts or partner opportunities and create professional follow-up and momentum.

  • You distinguish activity from progress: a good output is a qualified next step, meeting, opportunity or explicit decision to deprioritise.

  • You improve the quality and visibility of the funnel through disciplined qualification, next actions and commercial learning.

Internship assignment

How can ObjectivEye systematically move from market and account intelligence to qualified opportunities, stronger conversion and measurable pipeline progression across lighthouse customers, partners and regulated markets?

Potential deliverables: a prioritised and qualified opportunity portfolio, account hypotheses, stakeholder maps, partner opportunities, business-case hypotheses, targeted outreach, opportunity qualification, pipeline analysis, conversion insights and documented next actions that have actually been executed.

What you will gain

  • Direct exposure to a TNO spin-off selling into government, regulated organisations and strategic partner ecosystems.

  • Ownership of a defined part of the commercial funnel, with outputs used in real customer and partner conversations.

  • Close collaboration with ObjectivEye’s CEO, leadership and product specialists.

  • Experience in B2B AI, enterprise sales, partnerships, public-sector markets and go-to-market execution.
