You will join the Growth teams to shape how people discover Lemonade and bring others along, with a focus on revenue growth across new geographies. Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Deep expertise in growth methods, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and engagement strategies.
• A data-first mindset, with the analytical chops to turn insights into decisions.
• End-to-end product execution skills, from strategy and ideation to implementation and optimization.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
• A hands-on, proactive approach, plus real curiosity about AI and a commitment to learning as it evolves.

Responsibilities

• In this role you'll set the vision and roadmap for organic growth engines, balancing business goals with user value.
• Uncover opportunities across the funnel using customer behavior, user research and experimentation.
• Launch organic, referral, and lifecycle initiatives that bring in new users and keep them around.
• Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and solid instrumentation, then turn the results into the next experiment.
• Define and track the metrics that show whether we're winning, and keep optimizing for impact.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing from first discovery to delivery and measurement.
• Challenge assumptions and push for bold ideas, grounded in data and customer insight.
