Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Growth Enablement Partner – Customs to drive growth of stand‑alone customs brokerage across the Area, working with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and tailor solutions. • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or international trade services.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience identifying opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of stand‑alone customs brokerage services within the assigned market and customer segments.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mid‑market customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding existing accounts.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through proactive market engagement and networking.
• Lead customer discussions on customs clearance, trade compliance, and cross‑border logistics needs.
• Support RFI/RFQ processes and prepare compelling proposals with Operations and Compliance teams.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and terms to deliver profitable growth.
• Promote value‑added customs services including trade compliance advisory and duty optimization.
• Manage healthy sales pipeline and monitor revenue and margins.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation with Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Transformation teams.
• Act as trusted advisor providing insights and solutions for international trade requirements.
