Job summary

Hunkemöller is seeking a Marketing Measurement Specialist in the Netherlands to design and own measurement systems that drive growth. You’ll run incrementality tests, calibrate MMM and MTA, and connect results to customer lifetime value and audience strategy.

You’ll own testing roadmaps, defend measurement integrity, and build scalable documentation so knowledge can be shared across the company. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing measurement or analytics.
• Experience with incrementality testing and MMM/MTA.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python/R.
• Experience extracting data from SAP and ad platforms.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement systems linking campaigns to business impact.
• Design incrementality tests across channels and calibrate MMM/MTA.
• Maintain dashboards and data quality for BI tools.
• Interpret results for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale measurement.
