Qualifications

• Experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing in high-growth consumer tech environments.
• Strong expertise across paid media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and metrics like ROAS, attribution, incrementality, and retention.
• Deep understanding of the Dutch and Benelux digital ecosystem, media landscape, and consumer behavior.
• Fluent or native Dutch with strong English communication.
• Highly analytical with an experimentation mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Thrives in cross-functional environments and can influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and motivated by delivering measurable growth impact.
