Canva Amsterdam seeks a Creative Strategist for the Netherlands to lead the creative performance engine behind regional paid and organic marketing. You will blend data, storytelling and local culture to drive user growth without direct team management.

You’ll influence creative direction, partner with analytics and agency teams, and steer cross-functional projects across the Europe Growth Marketing unit. Hybrid work in Amsterdam offered.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge of Dutch market and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with testing and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative flywheel across research, briefing, production, editing and analysis.
• Analyse dashboards to identify winners and inform tests and attribution studies.
• Define organic and paid social creative strategy for Dutch audiences.
• Own UGC, localisation and market insight to ensure on-brand content.
• Coordinate with in-house and agency teams across Brand, Growth and Analytics.
• Support CRO initiatives to improve acquisition journeys.
