Senergetics in Eindhoven is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to grow visibility and brand in a hands-on startup environment. The role covers content, social media, website updates, events, and CRM management.

You will develop LinkedIn content, publish posts, track performance, and maintain the website with blog posts and event pages. Collaboration with a small, international team and flexible hours (32-36 per week) are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Interest in social media, analytics, and digital tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, or GA4 is a plus.
• Great communication skills in English.
• Already living in or within commuting distance to Eindhoven.

• Generate engaging LinkedIn content ideas and publish posts.
• Track post performance and engagement metrics.
• Keep the website up to date with posts and event pages.
• Monitor SEO and user experience basics.
• Manage CRM data and reporting in HubSpot.
• Identify relevant industry events and support applications.
• Support communications around events.
• Follow up with leads and nurture conversations.
• Create regular CRM reports on leads and pipeline progress.
