Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior graphic designer in Amsterdam to concept and deliver digital marketing campaigns, product launches, storefront assets, and retention visuals from concept to polished deliverables.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build scalable design systems, and contribute to global asset libraries while keeping brand identity at the core. A strong portfolio across illustration, video, and typography plus mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft across mediums (illustration, video, vectors).
• Strong typography, colour theory, composition and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfort with Google Workspace.
• Ownership of briefs, presenting to non-creatives, and incorporating feedback.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience creating or contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Active interest in the design community and willingness to experiment.
• Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is a bonus.
• Familiarity with generative AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute digital marketing campaigns, product launches, storefront assets, and retention materials from concept to delivery.
• Produce visually appealing work aligned with brand identity across platforms.
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute projects end-to-end.
• Build and document reusable templates and design guidelines for scalable assets.
• Contribute to global asset libraries and systematic, scalable design across platforms.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques; share findings with the team.
• Partner with CRM and Paid teams on assets and visual strategy.
• Participate in brainstorming, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
