Job summary

RIFT, transitioning to commercial deployment, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to shape the financial strategy, secure funding, extend cash runway, and allocate capital for sustainable growth.

Reporting to the CEO and working with the Finance Team and Supervisory Board, the CFO will oversee treasury, project finance, governance, and reporting to support Series C fundraising and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Business Performance: Develops and executes the company’s financial strategy in alignment with growth ambitions, translating objectives into financially viable business cases.
• Funding, Treasury & Cash Management: Safeguards financing and liquidity, and oversees funding strategy across equity, debt, grants and alternatives.
• Project Finance: Manages project finance activities and governance to support scalable, fundable growth.
