Job summary

Wundermart, a fast-growing European retail tech company, seeks a Business Controller who will be the finance partner for our commercial teams responsible for new shop openings and account management. You translate numbers into insights and work with the Commercial Director on budgeting and forecasting.

You will monitor investments, track financial performance of openings from day one, and help automate processes like Adyen reconciliation while designing scalable financial controls for growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance or Accounting (HBO, BSc or MSc).
Minimum 3 years in a finance role.
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
Hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
Excellent Excel skills and models.
Fluent in English; Dutch/German/French a plus.

Responsibilities

Report and analyse monthly shop financial results.
Advise commercial team on financial matters for openings.
Own project administration for new shop openings.
Build and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports.
Control other income streams and incentives.
Drive automation including Adyen reconciliation.
Collaborate on budgeting and reforecasting.
Design scalable financial processes for growth.
