Job summary

Worldstream, a Dutch data center and IT infrastructure provider, seeks an ambitious Business Controller to connect finance with data and drive decision-making. You will analyze margins, costs, forecasts and capital investments, translating data into actionable insights and dashboards.

You will work closely with senior finance leaders and expand the financial infrastructure, leveraging AI to automate analyses and reporting while supporting strategic growth and data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Econometrics, or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical insight.
• Affinity with data, automation and technology in finance.

Responsibilities

• Execute business control projects focused on margin analysis, cost structures, investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Set up and improve data structures and reporting flows for financial steering.
• Automate and optimise control processes with modern data tools and support reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO, Senior Business Controller and Finance Team on analyses and business cases.
