Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a leading AI cloud platform, is seeking a Group Product Manager - Platform Experience based in the Netherlands. You will lead Platform Experience across APIs, developer tools, documentation and AI-assisted experiences, guiding end-to-end journeys from concept to production.

You will mentor a team of Product Managers, align roadmaps to customer and business outcomes, collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Customer Experience, and shape a scalable, multi-region

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience and proven leadership of PMs.
• Experience owning a portfolio spanning multiple technically complex products.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure and enterprise SaaS.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineering leadership on APIs and multi-tenancy.
• Strong product strategy with translating customer needs into investment priorities.
• Excellent customer discovery and analytical skills to guide decisions.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with public APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, or AI-assisted experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, success metrics, and priorities for Platform Experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers with clear ownership and collaboration.
• Align roadmaps around shared customer needs and business outcomes.
• Create API-first and developer-focused experiences across CLI tools, SDKs, and docs.
• Reduce time-to-first-value by shaping end-to-end customer journeys from PoC to production.
• Improve developer and customer experiences through clear errors and guidance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape robust platform strategies across multi-region, multi-tenant systems.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Go-to-Market, and product teams to reflect customer needs in decisions.
