Job summary

Adyen is hiring a Senior Financial Risk Analyst for the Merchant Potential Liability team in Amsterdam. You will evaluate merchant portfolios, assess financial health, and provide credit risk guidance to the risk committee.

You will lead risk framework improvements, collaborate with Commercial, Product and Legal, and influence product development with risk considerations across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a financial risk environment.
• Excellent communicator across cultures and teams.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse merchant portfolio to assess business models and financial health and provide credit risk advice to the Adyen risk committee.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk management framework, policies, tools and processes.
• Lead projects from start to finish and collaborate with Product, Legal and Compliance to align with risk framework.
