The job

As a Group Lead Technology, you will have a hybrid position that combines hands-on technical contributions to development and improvement projects with people management responsibilities.

Reporting to the CTO, you play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering team development across Anteryon’s value chain.

Tasks & responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the design, development, and prototyping of components, modules, systems, or processes to ensure reliable and scalable production.
Provide technical expertise through simulations, testing, and problem-solving to support project milestones and advise the CTO and project managers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution and innovative solutions.
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary R&D and engineering team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and learning.
Conduct performance reviews, support skill development, and align resources with project priorities in collaboration with the CTO.
Define technology and product roadmaps alongside the CTO, contributing to Anteryon's strategic goals.

We are looking for

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, with proven experience in R&D or engineering environments.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and inspire innovation.
Technical expertise in design, analysis, and prototyping, combined with a solid understanding of product lifecycle management and development processes.
An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of balancing technical and managerial responsibilities effectively.
