We design and manufacture advanced optical assemblies and precision elements for the semiconductor and photonics markets. With our own core technology, we create win-win situations that offer more opportunities for both people and the planet.

The job

As Electronics Engineer you design and implement hardware and software that is the key to successful operation of the high tech production lines at Anteryon.

Working closely with the R&D team, you translate system-level requirements into robust embedded and FPGA software and implementations.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical hardware and software to ensure continuous reliable operation of production lines.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing production systems to identify root causes, minimize downtime, and increase yield, throughput, and reliability.
  • Investigate and understand complex systems, including documentation, and implement practical hardware and software solutions.
  • Support system integration, commissioning, debugging, calibration, and industrialization of production equipment.
  • Implement improvements to production systems for the increase in yield and throughput.
  • Work closely with R&D, production, system, optical, and mechanical engineers to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
We are looking for
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field
  • Experience with manufacturing environments developing or maintaining high tech production equipment.
  • Experience interfacing with image sensors, cameras, or other hardware providing real-time data streams
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with system, optical, and (mechanical) hardware engineers
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex or unfamiliar systems with limited or incomplete documentation.
  • Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills, with the ability to investigate issues across hardware, embedded software, FPGA, and system interfaces.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues on production equipment using measurements, experiments, and systematic debugging.
  • Structured approach to development, debugging, testing, and documentation
  • Good command of English and Dutch
Nice to have:
  • Experience with image signal processing (ISP) pipelines
  • Experience with calibration, synchronization, or real-time control systems
  • Previous exposure to industrialization, production test, or manufacturing environments
  • Background in optical systems
We offer
  • A competitive salary depending on experience,
  • 25 vacation days and 5 additional leave days (with the option to purchase up to 8 extra days),
  • The opportunity to work at a highly innovative company where you learn something new every day,
  • An extensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan,
