Job summary

Anteryon in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is seeking a Process Engineer to drive production process improvements and support the introduction of new products. You will lead optimization efforts and collaborate across teams to enhance safety, quality, reliability and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Assembly Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (fine assembly).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously improving and optimizing operational processes in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Efficiency, Capacity, and Technical Capability.
  • Leading Process Improvement projects and creating organizational support for technical solutions, based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Approving changes on the shop floor (such as new components from new suppliers, new equipment, etc.).
  • Supporting R&D in the development and industrialization of new products and technologies, including leading pilot productions.

The job

As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support to our production departments. Your main goal is to improve production processes and support the introduction of new products.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Continuously improving and optimizing operational processes in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Efficiency, Capacity, and Technical Capability.
  • Leading Process Improvement projects and creating organizational support for technical solutions, based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Approving changes on the shop floor (such as new components from new suppliers, new equipment, etc.).
  • Supporting R&D in the development and industrialization of new products and technologies, including leading pilot productions.
We are looking for
  • A background in Assembly Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering at a minimum bachelor’s level.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment (fine assembly).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • A background in optics is a plus.
