Job summary

Hotel Co 51, operating Moxy Utrecht, is seeking a Group Planner to act as the central contact between guests, the EBC, and hotel operations for group meetings, events and catering. You will ensure flawless execution, manage rooming lists, deposits, and invoicing, and drive guest satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires strong communication, systems proficiency (Opera, S&C, SFA, MS Office), and experience with group events planning.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Opera, Opera Sales & Catering, SFA, and Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Symphony is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar events role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group and meeting bookings, serving as main operational contact before, during, and after events.
• Prepare and manage rooming lists and event documentation.
• Oversee billing for group events, deposits, and payment schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date event details in systems and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow up after events to collect feedback and promote repeat business.
