Job summary

Hotel Co 51's Moxy Utrecht is seeking a confident Group Planner who coordinates between guests, the Event Booking Center, and hotel operations to deliver flawless group meetings, events, and catering.

You will manage rooming lists, ensure accurate details, liaise with all departments, supervise billing, and follow up for guest satisfaction and repeat business. Minimum 1 year in events preferred; familiarity with Marriott Bonvoy tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with online tools and systems.
• Experience with group meetings and events planning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Marriott Bonvoy points tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take over group and meeting bookings from the EBC and serve as the main operational contact before, during, and after the event.
• Prepare and manage detailed rooming lists and event documentation.
• Coordinate all operational preparations, including deposits, invoicing, cut-off dates, and special requirements.
• Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure event readiness and execution to standard.
• Oversee reservation details and booking data integrity; ensure pre-arrival communication is timely.
