Job summary

Moxy Utrecht, operated by Hotel Co 51 Germany GmbH, seeks a Group Planner to act as the primary operational contact between guests, the EBC, and hotel operations for group meetings, events, and catering. You will ensure flawless execution, from planning through follow-up, and maximize guest satisfaction to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing rooming lists, and collaborating with front office, F&B, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar events role preferred.
• Experience coordinating group meetings & events is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Marriott Bonvoy points tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take over group and meeting bookings from the EBC and serve as the main operational contact.
• Prepare and manage detailed rooming lists and event documentation.
• Coordinate operational preparations including guest deposits, invoicing, cut-off dates, and special requirements.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure events are prepared and executed to standard.
• Oversee rooming and reservation data accuracy; verify ECertificate redemptions.
