XTENTEC is building a group ESG function and seeks a Group ESG Manager to lead the new framework, data processes and reporting across Europe. The role reports to the Executive Director, Corporate Services and works closely with executive management and operating companies.

The position requires fluent English, with Dutch or Danish a plus, and regular travel to sites in Europe. The initial 12-month contract with potential for permanence aligns with our sustainability goals and investor

Qualifications

• Masters in environmental science or a related field.
• 5–7 years in ESG or sustainability with reporting responsibility.
• Experience building/scaling a sustainability function.
• Practical carbon accounting experience.
• Experience presenting to board or investors.
• Experience in circular IT is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Set environmental strategy and impact measurement for the group.
• Own ESG and EU Taxonomy reporting and KPI reporting to the investor.
• Coordinate social and governance commitments with owners across HR, Finance, Legal and Procurement.
• Engage with management, clients and market to communicate impact and drive improvements.
• Build data processes, controls and documentation to ensure auditability of figures.
• Travel regularly to European sites to oversee ESG activities.
