Job summary

EY is seeking an Europe ESGS Manager to support the inclusive procurement program across Europe. You will coordinate stakeholders, maintain program trackers, and help embed supplier diversity in business processes.

The role requires proactive organization, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions, partnering with EY Ripples and responsibility teams. Amsterdam-based role in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting inclusive procurement or supplier diversity programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Europe’s inclusive procurement strategy and workplan.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards and data; monitor KPIs and report to leadership.
• Coordinate activities to expand the program using the ESG Services expansion process.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Europe stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Prepare materials and coordination support for engagements and market opportunities.
• Schedule logistics for supplier outreach, events and networks.
• Act as operational contact for Europe inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Prepare communications and training materials for Europe adoption.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain Services and client teams to maintain aligned processes.
